FAQs

  • No. Full stop. Jennifer is not a veterinarian and she cannot treat, diagnose, nor cure any illness or disease. Jennifer also cannot interpret your pet’s medical documentations such as blood work, urinalysis or x-rays etc. You must seek licensed veterinary care.

  • Jennuine Pet Services was started in 2021. Jennifer has since helped empower hundreds (possibly thousands!) of people to follow a holistic path for their pets. She prides herself on taking time out of her busy schedule to create educational content for instagram, free downloadable guides and answering questions on social media whenever possible.

  • At this current time, Jennifer offers nearly exclusively virtual support via email, text, or messenger platforms. Availability for phone consultations is extremely limited and must be booked in advance. (typically 2 weeks wait)

Jennifer is a single neurodivergent parent with 2 jobs and a special needs son (he is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder). Despite this, she is dedicated to providing timely responses to all clients within 24/48 hours. She believes that true transparency is an important part of building trust within her connections.

Any event that requires immediate attention should be brought to your veterinarian.

  • Not for the purpose of examining them. This is outside of Jennifer’s scope of services. She would be happy to go for a pack walk, meet and greet or coffee some time, but she does not perform in person visits at this time.

  • Great question!
